About

Dare was born from a simple, persistent feeling: that the way creative work gets made is out of sync with the people who actually make it. So we started something different — not a company that adds to the noise, but a studio that quietly shifts the signal. We don’t believe in inflated hierarchies, unnecessary middle layers, or the illusion of scale for its own sake. Instead, we believe in putting the right people together, at the right moment, with clarity, fairness, and focus.

This isn’t about disruption for disruption’s sake. It’s about care. It’s about being intentional. And it’s about asking a better question — not “How do we win more work?” but “How do we make the work matter more?” That’s what Dare is here for.

Dare partners with brands, agencies, and in-house teams to rethink how content gets made — from the first idea to final delivery.

We’re not a production house. We’re a content studio: built to embed, advise, and deliver. Whether we’re solving a one-off challenge or supporting an always-on content engine, we work as an extension of your team — without the overhead, politics, or layers.

Every brief gets a bespoke approach. We build lean, high-functioning creative teams from a trusted network of specialists, assembled around the work, not around ourselves.

Dare is a space for collaboration without ego, for production that respects the creative process, and for partnerships that feel more like mutual investment than transactional exchange. We’ve built a framework that flexes to fit the brief, the people, and the reality of making things in a fast-moving, digital-first world. But more than that, we’ve built something we ourselves would want to be part of: a place that gives creativity the conditions it needs to thrive.

Every project we take on is shaped by the idea that trust, transparency, and creative alignment matter more than anything else. And every decision we make is grounded in the belief that better structures lead to better work — and that better work matters.

Founder/EP

Hi — I’m Chris.

Dare started the way a lot of good things do — out of necessity, instinct, and a refusal to do things the old way.

I’ve spent my career sitting somewhere between creativity and production — that messy middle ground where ideas meet reality. Over time, I realised that so much of the industry was built around protecting process instead of protecting creativity. Dare was my response to that. It began as a small, independent production studio — but more than that, it’s become a way of working. A mindset. A belief that structure should serve creativity, not suffocate it.

At Dare, we make creative work possible — not harder. We collaborate with agencies, brands, and directors to produce content that’s efficient, transparent, and built for today’s digital-first world.

But beyond production, Dare is about people. It’s about curating the right teams for each project, bringing together freelancers, specialists, and emerging talent who fit the brief and the culture of the work. It’s not a hierarchy. It’s a network. One that grows with every project.

Over the years, Dare has evolved — from a production partner into a creative ecosystem that connects talent, strategy, and execution. Radar, our curated network of directors, grew out of that same spirit: a belief that collaboration and transparency can power better creative work for everyone involved.

And while the structure around Dare may shift and scale depending on the project, the heart of it is still me — working closely with clients, directors, and creatives to bring ideas to life. One project at a time.

So yes, Dare is a company. But it’s also just a way of working — a belief that if you treat creativity with respect, clarity, and care, the work will speak for itself.
