Set My Location
Where I feel most creatively alive.
A quiet morning, 5:47 a.m., before the city wakes.
I’m on the floor, not the desk. It smells like rooibos and last night’s incense. There’s laundry drying in the corner and light folding across the wall like a curtain call.
There’s no pressure to make anything yet. Just the feeling that I might.
That space — still, gentle, ordinary — is where most of my work begins.

Director As…
A metaphor series…
A director is a window left open — something always coming in or out.
A director is a funnel, not a megaphone.
A director is a quiet conductor who only hums the melody when no one’s listening.
A director is a mirror covered in fingerprints.
A director is a therapist with a lighting plan.
A director is a translator of feeling into frame.
